  Please help us recognize a special individual who has contributed to their community. To be eligible, the recipient must have graduated from Corpus Christi Catholic School at least ten years prior to the award presentation and possess the following criteria:
  
  1) An individual that has been enriched with CHARACTER.
  2) An individual that has connected with the COMMUNITY.
  3) An individual that has been cultivated by KNOWLEDGE taken from Catholic schooling.
  4) An individual that has made a commitment to SERVICE of others.
  5) An individual whose life has been rooted in FAITH.
