ENROLLMENT TIMELINE

January 7, 2026 - January 21, 2026
Re-enrollment for current CCS families begins January 13th and ends January 24th. Sibling applications may be submitted during this timeframe as well and along with re-enrollment information for current CCS students.

January 22, 2026 - February 28, 2026
New student applications are accepted during this timeframe. Applications should be submitted via our website using the link below. Applicants are prioritized by the following categories:

• Siblings of current families
• Parishioners of Corpus Christi or our partner parishes
• Catholic families from other Parishes
• Corpus Christi School Alumni

March 2026
Enrollment notifications are sent via email to the contact information provided on new family applications. This notification email will include instructions for completing the tuition agreement and submitting required documents.

April 2026
Tuition agreements for new students are due by April 30, 2026. If the tuition agreement is not received by April 30, 2026, we cannot guarantee enrollment for your student(s) for the coming year.

July 2026
For families who choose the option to pay for tuition monthly, the first payment is due during the month of July. Families may choose a withdrawal date of the 5th or 20th of each month for their payments.

August 2026
For families who choose to pay annually, full tuition is due by August 1, 2026. For families who choose to pay semi-annually, 1/2 tuition is due by August 1, 2026. 

Additional paperwork for all students is due by August 1st. This includes: 

• State of Alabama Immunization Certificate (Blue Card)
• Copies of divorce decrees and/or custody judgments issued by the courts (if applicable)
• Prescription Drug and Medical Authorization Form
• Medical History Form 

September 2026 - May 2027
Monthly tuition payments are due except for families who choose to pay annually or bi-annually.

Documents needed for enrollment include:

• Certified, original birth certificate 
• Baptismal certificate, if Catholic
• Academic records (most recent report card, testing information if applicable)
• State of Alabama Immunization Certificate
• Copies of divorce decrees and/or custody judgments issued by the courts (if applicable)
• A $150 non-refundable application fee per child

Students entering Kindergarten for the 2026-2027 school year must be five years old by September 1, 2025. Children must be potty trained by the time they enter the K3 class.
