Registration

Cougar Camp begins on June 1st and concludes on July 31st. Camp will be closed on July 3rd in observance of Independence Day. Cougar Camp tuition is $195 per week, per child. By registering for camp, you are agreeing to the cost of tuition for the entire summer. We do not allow mid-summer withdrawals and there are no discounts for missed days, or partial days. 

Camp hours are 7am until 5:45pm each day. For children picked up after 5:45pm, there is a Late Pickup Fee of $10 per 15 minute interval. Camp tuition and any additional fees will be invoiced through FACTS.

Registration for Cougar Camp is available only via our website. Registration will be available on a first come, first serve basis until we reach capacity for campers. We have a limited number of spots available! Your spot is secure once we have received both your registration form and registration fee. The registration fee will be debited from your FACTS account on May 15th. 

Late registration will only be accepted if space is available. An additional $35 will be added for late registrations (after May 1st).

Tuition Payments

Tuition for camp will be paid through our FACTS system on June 1st, July 1st and August 1st. 

Snacks and Lunch

Morning and afternoon snacks will be provided. We will NOT have an option to buy lunch during the summer. Each child will need to bring lunch in a brown bag, or lunch box, each day.

Camp Schedule and Activities

Our program will feature weekly STEM themes with activities and crafts tailored to each age group. We will also feature weekly visitors and guest presentations. Our STEM-focused schedule is designed to provide ample time for free play and creative exploration, letting children unleash their imaginations and enjoy unforgettable moments with friends! More information regarding weekly activities and daily schedules will be provided as the first week of camp nears.
