All students that have registered for the 2025-2026 school year and will be entering K2 through 3rd Grade are invited to attend Cougar Camp! This fun summer camp will have your children enjoying time with their CCS friends all summer long. Camp rates include daily snacks, ice cream on Wednesdays, pizza on Fridays, and a t-shirt for each camper.
Registration for Cougar Camp is open March 13th through April 25th (or until we reach capacity for camp). Campers also have the opportunity to secure their spot for our parish's Vacation Bible School before general VBS registration opens on April 1st!
Camp Details
Dates: Monday, June 2nd - Friday, August 1st (8 weeks total)
Hours: 7am - 5:45pm
Registration Fee: $50 (Will be debited on May 9th)
Tuition: $190 per week per child
Early Morning Care: Add an additional $25 per day, per child
Payments: Cougar Camp payments, including any additional fees for Early Morning Care or Late Pickup Fees will be drafted from FACTS on the following dates: June 1st, July 1st and August 1st.
Note: Cougar Camp will be CLOSED on July 4th in celebration of Independence Day.

Registration
Cougar Camp begins on June 2nd and concludes on August 1st. Camp will be closed on July 4th in observance of Independence Day. Cougar Camp tuition is $190 per week, per child. By registering for camp, you are agreeing to the cost of tuition for the entire summer. We do not allow mid-summer withdrawals and there are no discounts for missed days, or partial days.
Camp hours are 7am until 5:45pm each day. Early morning care is available from 6am until 7am for an additional $25 per child, per day. For children picked up after 5:45pm, there is a Late Pickup Fee of $10 per 15 minute interval. Camp tuition and any additional fees will be invoiced through FACTS.
Registration for Cougar Camp is available only via our website. Registration will be available on a first come, first serve basis until we reach capacity for campers. We do have a limited number of spots available! Your spot is secure once we have received both your registration form and registration fee. The registration fee will be debited from your FACTS account on May 9th.
Late registration will only be accepted if space is available. An additional $35 will be added for late registrations (after April 25th).Tuition Payments
Tuition for camp will be paid through our FACTS system on June 1st, July 1st and August 1st.Snacks and Lunch
Morning and afternoon snacks will be provided. We will NOT have an option to buy lunch during the summer. Each child will need to bring lunch in a brown bag, or lunch box, each day. Each Wednesday will be an ice cream day and each Friday will be a pizza day. These are included in your tuition.Camp Schedule and Activities
We will have weekly themes with age appropriate crafts and activities to go along. A special guest will be scheduled to come almost every week. Water days will be held on Fridays, to include sprinklers, splash pads, and water tables. We allow plenty of room for freeplay so children can enjoy their summer and use their imaginations with friends! More information regarding supplies and what to bring will be provided closer to summer. -
